LI | Spoof IPA
Choose a location, plan a route and control a developer location session on your iPhone.
LI Spoof uses the iOS developer service. Prepare your device, activate your LARP IPAs license and confirm the connection before starting.
Using mobile data? Verify your license online, briefly disable data to connect DVT, then restore data and start Spoof. Read the cellular workaround →
Preview: locations, movement and routes
Find a place with Search Maps, enter coordinates or select a point on the map. Teleport selects a fixed position. Walk, Cycle, Drive and Fly provide movement controls; Route opens the original planner for multiple stops, search and stop editing. Use its + / search and Reorder controls, then the … menu to save or load Saved / Recent routes kept on this iPhone.
Device Connection contains the VPN interface, pairing-file status and developer-service check. Build 23 includes in-app developer tunnel controls, auto-connect and diagnostics. The Use LocalDevVPN app fallback disables in-app auto-connect and opens the separate app when needed. Integrated Wi-Fi operation has been confirmed on a paired iPhone. A detected VPN alone does not confirm DVT readiness. Cellular startup may require temporarily disabling mobile data to connect DVT, then restoring data and starting Spoof. Build 23 preserves an already confirmed active session when Check DVT is pressed; that correction still needs confirmation on your device. See the cellular startup steps.
Background sessions and route history
App preferences offers Keep location or Reset on leave. Keep location preserves a running route while iOS permits background execution. Route history saves the last observed progress and checkpoint, with a remaining-route resume action for interrupted sessions. Reopening in Keep location mode restores the original route geometry, stops and progress, then shows Continue and a red stop button. Continue waits for license and DVT readiness before resuming from the saved checkpoint. Recovery remains pending until movement is observed. A completed route holds its destination until you explicitly reset it.
Supported devices can show route progress, ETA and a local street-map preview, a sharp cyan marker for the last confirmed spoof position, solid purple completed travel and a dashed upcoming path in a Live Activity. Missing updates become unconfirmed. Force-quitting cannot guarantee continued playback or a confirmed reset.
Package version and requirements

|---|---|
| Version / build | 0.3.0 / 23 |
| Declared minimum iOS | 18.0 |
| Declared device family | iPhone, iPad |
| Archive size | 8.99 MiB |
- A valid LARP IPAs license and internet access for activation and license checks.
- A signed installation preserving both extensions; the app and tunnel extension each need a profile permitting packet-tunnel-provider.
- Developer Mode enabled, the integrated developer tunnel connected and a pairing file for this same device.
- A confirmed DVT developer-service connection before spoofing.
The declared iOS minimum is not a tested-device compatibility list. On-device pairing is intended for iOS 27; iOS 18–26 requires a Mac-created RPPairing file from the same iPhone. Device preparation and developer disk image support must match your iOS version.
Install and prepare LI Spoof
- Download LI-Spoof.ipa in My downloads.
- Follow the IPA signing guide and install it on your device.
- Open the LI Spoof setup guide for Developer Mode, the integrated developer tunnel, activation and pairing.
- Start with a Teleport test, check Apple Maps and confirm Reset Location before trying a longer route.
Connection or reset not confirmed?
Build 23 includes a Copy connection report action in Developer tunnel. Run Check VPN and DVT on Wi-Fi and mobile data, wait for the attempt to finish and copy each report. This separates VPN status, developer-port reachability and paired DVT handshake failures. See the connection diagnostics steps.
Open Settings → Device Connection → Developer tunnel and reconnect, keep the iPhone unlocked and check DVT in Device Connection. Retry Reset Location and wait for confirmation. For preparation or pairing problems, contact support with your iOS version, package build and exact message.
