Fix the right stage of your IPA installation.
A library license, a downloaded IPA and a valid signature solve different parts of the process. Start with the step that is failing, then collect the exact error before contacting support.

My license email has not arrived. What should I do?
Check the email address entered at checkout and its spam folder. In My downloads, use “Lost the key?” with the purchase email and complete the security question.
The recovery form deliberately does not reveal whether an email address is a customer. If recovery does not arrive, contact support privately with the checkout email and purchase reference. Do not buy again solely because the email is delayed.
Why is my download link no longer working?
Download links are short-lived. Return to the client area, verify your active license and request a new download rather than reusing an old link from history.
If the package is no longer listed, ask support about availability. A public catalogue preview does not bypass license verification or give permanent access to the binary.
The signing tool cannot read the file. What should I check?
Confirm that the download finished and that you selected the IPA rather than a certificate ZIP. Download a fresh copy from the client area if the transfer was interrupted.
Record the filename, signer name/version and complete error message. Do not rename another file type to .ipa. Start again from the download instructions if needed.
Why does iPhone say “Unable to Verify App”?
The message does not identify a single cause. Check your network connection, the signing tool's instructions, certificate/profile validity and whether the profile covers the device.
For the purchased device certificate service, compare the UDID used at checkout with the target device. A serial number or IMEI is not a UDID. Do not post certificates, passwords or device identifiers in public channels. Consult the Sideloadly FAQ for its tool-specific errors.
Why did my app stop working after seven days?
If you used free Personal Team signing, the provisioning period may have ended. Refresh or re-sign through the signing tool; library access and signing expiry are independent.
A certificate can also expire or be revoked. The site's certificate service has a 40-day replacement warranty from delivery, not an unconditional 365-day uptime promise. Review the applicable terms.
The app installs but closes immediately. Is my license the problem?
Not necessarily. Installation success does not establish runtime compatibility. Check the app's declared iOS requirement and record whether it reaches a license screen or closes before one appears.
The current Coinbase package requires real-device runtime verification: the existing simulator QA exited on launch for both the original and rebuilt copy. That observation is not a claim that every device fails. Share the package name and device details with support.

- Device model and iOS version.
- Signing tool name/version and signing method.
- The exact stage and error text, with private details removed from screenshots.
