Can I recover a lost key or manage billing myself?
Yes. Open the client area and use “Lost the key?” with your checkout email. After license verification, monthly customers can open Stripe's billing portal to manage their subscription.
What should I send about an installation error?
Include the package filename, device model, iOS version, signing tool/version and the exact error message. Start with the troubleshooting checklist so support can distinguish a download problem from a signing or launch problem.
What should I send about an order?
Provide the purchase reference and checkout email privately to support. Do not post license keys, Apple Account passwords, payment-card details, UDIDs or certificate files in public channels.
Where are the buying and certificate conditions?
Read access-plan and billing information, certificate delivery and warranty information, and the published terms. Contact support about order-specific refund questions; no blanket refund window is stated here.
Can I request a private build?
Use the support channel to describe the fictional scene or UI reference you need. Scope, revisions and delivery must be agreed for the specific request; buying library access alone does not promise a custom build.
